This small and family-owned unit features a restaurant, snack-bar and an outdoor swimming pool. Agua Viva is 500 metres from the lively Oura Strip and 200 metres from Aveiros Beach.
Each of the uniquely decorated rooms features air conditioning, satellite TV and a safety deposit box. The rooms include a small kitchenette or small area with an electric kettle, toaster and a refrigerator.
For meal options, the Oura Strip has several restaurants, bars and cafés available.
Albufeira’s Old Town area is a popular tourist destination, a few minutes’ walk from Pescadores Beach and featuring bars, restaurants and tourist-friendly shops. Renowned Falésia Beach is at a 14-minute drive. Faro International Airport is 35 km from the Agua Viva.

We can arrange a private and direct transfer from the airport to the Hotel. The transfer cost for each trip for a maximum of 4 people is 35.00 Euros.
